Happy Place, Happy Space

We visited Church of the Holy Cross on 23 May as part of our Singapore Camino effort.

We then ran around the Clementi neighbourhood and found ourselves in the charming Clementi Woods Park.

One of the the delights of this park was coming across these Woodball players. Apparently, this woodball green is the only one of international standards in Singapore. We originally thought they were playing croquet – but when we returned and googled, we realised that this is a different sport.

Do you have Woodball in your part of the world?

  1. Thanks for including me, Ju-Lyn.
I’ve never heard of football. I’ll have to check it out later.
As you’ve probably realised, I’m not keeping up with reading or preparing posts. The good news is that my pain has eased off! 😮 I think I will have to be more balanced in future.

    1. I’m glad you could make out the murals – with the low light, it wasn’t very obvious at all!

I think Woodball originated in Taiwan and is played mostly in Asia.
